Your Guide to Fall in Lubbock

It’s time for pumpkin spice and everything nice! With the weather turning crisper, the leaves turning vibrant autumn colors and plenty of fall events in town, Lubbock is the perfect getaway destination this season. Here are a few things to add to the itinerary when you visit the Hub City this fall.

At’l Do Farms

From the hayride to the firepits and, of course, the corn maze, At’l Do Farms is a must-visit in the fall. There are countless seasonal activities, drinks and eats for people of all ages. The whole family is sure to get into the autumnal spirit with a stop out at At’l Do Farms.

Lit Brews

A big part of this time of year is the coziness it brings. Even if the air hasn’t become crisp and cool where you’re from yet, Lit Brews will make it feel like fall the moment you step inside. The dim lights, comfy seating and coffee shop hum invite you to sit down and enjoy a book while you sip on your favorite fall drink.

Pumpkin Patch

Pumpkins are a classic sign that autumn is here; the season isn’t complete without them! Lubbock offers plenty of spots to grab a few while you’re in town. Whether you want to carve one, paint one, or just put a few on the porch, find a patch and pick the perfect pumpkin.

Farmers Markets

What better way to enjoy the season than tasting its flavors? That’s why the Wo? That’s why the Wolfforth Farmers Market and Lubbock Downtown Farmers Market are the best places to be this time of year. Not only is the weather delightful for perusing what the local vendors are selling, but you are able to get some seasonal produce, baked goods and other treats that are at their best in the fall.  

Important note: The Wolfforth Farmers Market is open year-round, but the Lubbock Downtown Farmers Market ends October 24, 2026.  

Adelphos Cellars

Lubbock is known for its incredible wine and spots to enjoy it, but one of our favorites is Adelphos Cellars. With warm hospitality, light bites, and delicious wine made from locally grown grapes, it is a great place to get together with the girls, go on a date or enjoy an afternoon to yourself during your time in Lubbock. Plus, they have several live music nights and fall events throughout this season.
