All of our services are complimentary and start when your group has confirmed a minimum of 10 room nights. That could be a total of 10 rooms for one night or five rooms over two nights, etc.
To better assist your specific needs, the Visit Lubbock Team will create a comprehensive proposal that includes bids from hotels and meeting facilities around the city. We can even help with bid presentations, attendance builders and marketing needs. Our Convention Services Department will work with you throughout your meeting to ensure a smooth and successful event.
We want you and your attendees to have a true West Texas experience while in the “Hub City.” The Visit Lubbock Team will provide information about local attractions to assist in planning your schedules or help you create memorable tours and specialty outings for your attendees.
