Tai Chi in the Gallery
Gently exercise the week’s stress away and strengthen your body while practicing the art of Tai Chi. Instructor Meiling Jin grew up in China and attended Tai Chi classes all throughout public school. Her experience translates to her teaching style, incorporating soothing, live music. The class is open for adults of all experience levels.
Water bottles and snacks with be provided.
Participants should dress in comfortable workout attire.
